Appraisal A Different Way
When you are in contract on a home you’ll be required to order an appraisal. Most lenders require you to pay these costs upfront and out of pocket. If for some reason the home comes in short on value and you fall out of contract you’ll be out the appraisal fee which typically runs $500+. We take a different approach. When you do your loan with us, we bill your first appraisal directly to our branch. You are only charged for the appraisal at closing when you have the peace of mind that your loan is closing.
Fully Underwritten Pre-Approvals
Have the strongest offer possible. In today’s hot market it can be hard to get your offer accepted. With a little bit of extra work we can get your loan looked at by underwriting prior to going into contract on a home. This can be seen as a much stronger offer. This can also mean that your typical time to close can be cut down and you won’t have to wait as long to move into your new home.
Consultations That Work For You
We will typically have you come in to our office for your consultation so we can obtain copies of documentation and print out specific forms we may need signed. Although this is the ideal scenario we understand that not everyone’s schedule is flexible. In this case we will make every effort possible to schedule you before or after standard business hours and/or travel to you for our initial consultation.
